Do I need to see a Neurologist?

My current situation right now is pretty frighting to me. Ok so it revolves around this weird head pressure like feeling in the back of my head. It does not hurt, I do not get headaches, but there have been instances where if I lay on my head in a certain position for too long, I start to lose feeling in my arms, I feel off balance, and it takes like an hour to get some feeling back. It feels like my head sometimes is sinking into the pillow. But thats only happened a few times. I should also note that I have terrible anxiety, but that only happened after the head pressure episodes. I still feel the head pressure like feeling in the back of my head and it can affect my neck too. I went to my general doctor and  took a blood and urine test and it came back fine, I did not have anything bad in either my blood or my urine. Am I somehow cutting the blood flow to my head if I lay on it for too long? Or is it something else? I cant find anything online that relates to this. My anxiety is making me believe I need to see a neurologist as soon as possible.
