Do I have anxiety?

I was wondering if I might have anxiety because I am bothered by very small things and I have constant fears of serious or deadly health problems. I can't tell if it's in my head or for real. I am so afraid of doctors that I cant even begin to describe it and I have bad claustrophobia. I don't know if this stuff happens to other people or not but I just want to know.....

Itse again and currently I have convinced myself that I am having a heart attack. I have chest pains and my left arm hurts and some of the other symptoms. I am also extremely tired. I know this sounds weird because I'm 16 but I'm freaked out!

Anxiety can cause hypochondria. You can have anxiety without panic attacks.
Panic attacks are caused by extreme anxiety.
I have anxiety all the time and havent experienced a panic attack for quiet some time, but sometimes i feel a panic attack coming on but can control it before it sets in (usually).
Anxiety can be accompanied by physical effects such as heart palpitations, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach aches, headaches to name a few... which can be mistaken for more severe health problems.

Is it only considered anxiety if the person has panic attacks because I have never once had that.

It does truly sound like anxiety to me. It sounds very similiar to what I experience....small things keep me up nights and a sore throat becomes cancer in my mind.  There  are many things that can help.....deep breathing....yoga (this has helped me a lot...) walking...therapy. Some people use anxiety meds but I cant give any advice on that not having taken any. U can feel better and more relaxed but it takes some work (and often a good dr) to get there. Good luck.
