It is definitely one or more Anxiety Disorders. Sounds like Panic Disorder and GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Anxiety can come on for no apparent reason and the list of it's symptoms are enormous. Go see the doctor and tell him what I said. You can fight this yourself, but it is extremely difficult. Or you can get medication like I did. I've had what you described plus many more for 4 years. I take Paxil and to say it felt like I was reborn would be an understatement.
thaks for reading my post. so u understand the way i feel . did u feel this way to so u take paxil and it helps u did your syptoms ease up i ve not taken any meds for this the dizzness is what scares me the most. im trying to fight this but im not whining this is a horrable thing to fight thanks for the post
My symptoms went away with Paxil. You need to address this with your doctor.
I also share the same symptoms and even more than you listed. I have problems with my vision when I look around and then feel dizzy and it has been with me for a few months now. My hands shake and the list goes on and on. I think I have fibromyalgia. I don't know if you're familiar but the list of symptoms are very long. I have gone to the doctor so many times in the past 10 years that I'm just tired of going and worrying now. My eye doctor told me to see a Rheumatologist but I just don't know what to do anymore. I started taking Xanax recently but then stopped for fear of addiction. It seemed to help a little but then I would get strange dreams. Now I'm thinking of trying antidepressants because the cardiologist told me that I most likely a condition called Neurocardiogenic Syncopy. This is apparently common with fibromyalgia and it means the brain is not communicating properly with the blood vessels and this can cause shortness of breath, dizziness, muscle aches and fatigue and dizziness after mild exercise. It seems that some people's bodies have a difficult time getting themselves back on track after illness, stress, etc. Antidepressants apparently affect the serotonin levels and help the communication between the blood vessels and the brain so that's why I'm thinking to try them. I really don't know what else to do at this point but I feel your frustration!!!
