Yes I have went to the emerency room thinking I was having a heart attack

I've been to the doctors several times already, but they still failed to convinced me.
I've done couple of ECG, blood test, urine test, they say my heart are okay, but i still get all the heart attacks symptom. Im losing my mind, just to think of what might happen to me.

It can, and does but if this is a new symptom you need to get it checked out by your doctor.  Anxiety causes so many symptoms, but you always want to rule out other causes first.  Best wishes.
