Dont know what to do

2 years ago it all started out off the blue when  I was in nait for my first year off welding. it started with continuous panic attacks for no reason couple times a week. then the attacks slowed down and turned into just anxiety were I constantly worry and started having muscle aches, digestive problems, insomnia, head aches, loss off concentration, short off breath and very very tired and more but up to date now. my breathing is sooo out off wack all day short off breath. constantly taking deep breaths all day. when I try to work out or do anything physically  I run out off breath instantly I cant run for more then 1 minute with out fighting to catch my breath. and I am very very tired and cant sleep at all unless I take melatonin, iv trying anxiety meds like cipralex, welbutren, Effexor, non off them work, iv seen the doctor and had tons and tons off blood work everything is normal and had breathing tests and chest xrays everything is normal. I find my self constantly worrying about stuff. so I know its anxiety, but why the shortness off breath all day everyday to the point were I cant do anything or the fatigue that is so bad that after work I don't even wanna do anything besides sleep. can anyone help me??

Anxiety can manifest itself in almost any way imanginable in my opinion.  In my experience with it, I became so oversensitized to any feeling that I noticed that was out of the oridnary to me that I probably magnified every 'symptom' that I had.  I would notice shortness of breath when walking up a flight of stairs, all sorts of chest pains, etc.  I believe that I was constantly scanning for issues that I would percieve any little pain as something catastrophically wrong with me.

I am glad you are going to go see a psychologist.  In my experience, learning about the anxiety (and not to fight it) and confronting it, will start you down the road to overcomeing this challenge.  As with almost any formidable challenge that we face, in the beginning it can seem quite daunting, but with some knowledge and perseverance you will get through this!

Thanks for thevreply  iv been doing acupuncture once a week tried hypnoses and massage therapy and a herbalist  so far nothing works going so phycologist on the 14 , can anxiety get to the point were i cant do nothing physically with out being short off breath right away??

We can't diagnose you but we can tell what we think might be going on.
It does sound like possible anxiety along with some depression. Many times meds will help but I recommend getting into therapy along with the meds.
