Don't no where to post this

Hay guys I'm not to sure if this is a symptom of anxiety or not.

The past week I've had a sore throat (not the flu) just a acey throat it doesn't hurt when I swallow or nothing it just aces its not do bad in day time but at night and first thing in the morning but night is when it's bad it sort of goes to the left ere and left side of my jaw and the pain in the throat is also on left side at night the pain is that bad I got to take painkillers to help with it and all so just to day I've hade a dull pain in the bass of my neck sort of where the hair line is and it also is on the left side. And I have a small lump on the back left side of my neck about the size of a match head I have showed the doc this and he said its nothing and def not a lynth node

Anyone have this problum or no what it might be I'm not thinking cancer or anything like that as I have had a mri ct and cta scan and if somthing woes wrong It wold show up

Is yours like a sore throat you get with a cold or does it feel diffrint?

And in all druged up on penaden fort it helps a little
