stress and heart rate

I don't feel bad but sometime when I take my heart rate it's fine in the 60s and 70s 80s but all of a sudden I get stress out it's hard to come down sometimes it takes weeks it feel like forever what do I do its stressing.

Like Remar said you are not being specific as to the max HR you are referring too. I can tell you that when my anxiety would spike (and I would stay in that "fight or flight mode for DAYS) my HR would stay elevated, typically in the 90s or so. I had to get my anxiety under control for help with the adrenaline

How high does your heart rate get? Is it never above the 80's? Normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100. Sorry, I'm not really sure what your question is. Could you be more specific please.
