I was going thru a lot of stress to be honest but the stress is mostly gone but physical symptoms get to me the most cuase I think I have an illness jus to be told I don't it's so stressful I dc myself with everything under the sun because these symptoms that I feel are real
You know, you could be suffering from something stressful, or something that deeply bothered you emotionally, without it being chronic anxiety -- more of a traumatic experience or depression. Did anything happen when this stuff started?
Thanx and I really don't be feeling anxious but I had my first anxiety attack in July and my body hasn't been right since I have every problem with my body known to man if yu could read my earlier post yu would know but I was diagnosed with an anxeity disorder but idk because I really don't feel anxious but all these things still happen
If you're feeling anxious you have anxiety. If you don't feel anxious for no reason you don't. Migraines are real. Many people get them who don't suffer from anxiety. So again, the question is, are you scared of things you're not scared of? That's anxiety -- irrational fear. You know it when you have it.
