Fast heart rate when relaxing? Anyone?

Does anyone get fast heartrate when relaxing?  As in just watching TV or waking up in the morning?  I know this is anxiety...I've been through all the tests and have even posted about this on here many times before...but I'm still really curious about the rest of you.  It seems that if I get up and walk around or do something, I feel better...but if I just sit for a long time, it feels so uncomfortable...like my HR speeds up.  Nothing over 115, I'm sure, but still just kind of uncomfortable and jittery.

Also...just to update...a while back I posted about my fear of having my blood pressure taken.  Well..I bought a reliable monitor and low and behold, I have anything BUT high blood pressure.  Normally when I take it, it averages 105/55, and sometimes the top number gets into the high 80's and the bottom number once dropped to 48!  And yes...the monitor has been verified as working correctly.  My HR usually is between 70-85 bpm when I check my BP.  Sometimes I wonder if my HR feels faster when I'm relaxing because maybe my BP drops really low, and my heart has to work a little harder to get my BP back up some.  This would account for why I feel better when I get up and move around, perhaps.  Just a theory...what do you guys think?

Thnak you all for your replies so far.  I actually have had a holter monitor this year because of these bouts, along with multiple other tests, and everything has came back normal.  So...I know it is most likely my anxiety.  However, I just want to see if anyone else has it act up so much when they are relaxing...because that is what gets to me the most :( I used to enjoy sitting back and watching TV so much, and now I almost dread it because I know how jittery it will make me feel...sigh....

It could just be that getting up and moving around is taking you mind off of your heart rate.  Distraction is a great tool for anxiety and panic attacks.  Maybe get checked by a Dr but if you have a history of anxiety chances are that that's what it is.  Keep yourself busy... I can't recommend that enough... it really does calm you down

I have heard from my doctor and also from other people excercise can go along way when it comes to anxiety so just getting up and moving around instead of vegging I would think would definitly make you feel better. Also having to low of blood pressure can make a person feel funny to.
