Fear of urine

does anyone else fear urine, i assume everything that is wet is urine, i have nt been able to have a hot shower for 10 years that will be too much for my mind to take i have to end my shower with freezing cold spray, and i keep checking the  colour of the water to make sure its not urine, when i wsh clothes i cant be happy that my clothes are washed and fresh i keep worrying that maybe there is urine on them which can tbe possible because i think if i peed on anything surely firstly my clothes will get wet , plus when i have a shower i have told myself that urine is subject to gravity it cant go up only down but im helpless...any advice

First of all, I absolutely LOVE your username! You MUST get a picture to go with it!
JS has given you the only advice there is, and as usual, it IS the best. I'm rather suprised I don't have this same phobia as my older brother use to pee on me when we were kids! He sure got a lot of laughs out of it......at least until I whacked "it" with a stick and then he didn't think it was so funny anymore!  
When you wrote that anything that is wet, you assume it's urine...........I am not making fun of you, I promise, but at the hospital we have a sort of "mantra" we live by, which says, "IF IT'S WET AND IT'S NOT YOUR'S, WEAR GLOVES!!!!!"
Good luck with your therapy. I'm sure you'll soon figure out where this came from and begin to enjoy those nice long showers again!

The best advice (mine is always best) is to seek treatment from a psychiatrist. You'll not only resolve the matter but get a grand tour of stuff about yourself you never knew.
