after 5 weeks i still have the following symptoms
a foggy head-just not all there-i am very clumsy-still difficult to speak correctly- i have to really concentrate--difficulty in stopin my brain at night to sleep- my thoughts just race
when i wake up in the morning i have a shot of anxiety
and now i'm feeling really blue - just reaaly depressed

I totally agree with Paxiled about the taper.  It's SO much better for these types of meds for a person to undergo a very slow and deliberate taper, to avoid these kinds of problems.  While it's common to go through some symptoms, even with the best taper, the symptoms can be minimized.

Call either the doc who did the detox, or the doc who prescribed the Klonopin.  I don't think a neurologist really is going to be able to offer you too much help, as this is clearly related to the Klonpin withdrawal.

When did you take your last pill?  How long has it been since you last took it?

Let us know how you're doing!

Can you go back to the people who supposedly detoxed you?  It appears you needed a slower taper.  Unfortunately, many detox centers use a fast taper rather than one tailored to the individual's needs.

You should call your pharmacist because you will receive immediate professional help or advice, as they have much experience with any med like klonoptin.
