sometimes i fee like my head is wet and something like half of my head is num sometimes i have a blury vision i really worrie about this

Have you had any tests done such as a MRI? Do you have headaches when you laugh or do any strenuous activity?

I have the same feeling 24/7 and it feels like I'm not here. I believe it is called "Brain Fog". My vision has also been going bad like how you describe and worse.

This is just a suggestion but have you ever been tested for Fibromyaliga? If you have really bad joint pain as well it may be that but I'm not completely sure. I have been diagnosed with that and a Chairi Malformation so far.

Have you ever been tested for ADHD? I'm sorry for all of the questions, but those might be able to help me be able to know better what you are going through.
