Worried about anal rape after falling asleep drinking at bar(male)

So I was with friends at a bar and needed to use the restroom. I had dranken a moderate amount but due to not eating a substantial dinner and exercising a lot that day, I believe it affected me morre than it should've.  I entered the only men's stall and when i was finished I began having dry heaves but did not throw up. I remember sitting down next to the toilet while dry heaving and then fell asleep for a little bit. When I awoke, there were two other guys in the only stall in the bathroom(a rather large stall) and they were standing about 6 feet away from me facing each other. I was fully clothed and so were they. I stood up in shock and asked what they were doing. They responded with saying cocaine and I immediately left the stall. This was around 11:45pm. I made it home alright and have a decent amount of memories of the taxi ride back.

The next morning one of my friends who was there said that there was some "gay stuff" going on in the men's bathroom. I immediately became paranoid and had terrible thoughts go through my head.
I have never engaged in any form of anal and am extremely nervous that they might've done something to me while I was asleep. I don't believe that I was drugged as I have a fairly reasonable amount of memory from the night, but I am not sure.

My worry is, what are the chances that they raped me while I was asleep/drunk and I awoke after they had redressed me and redressed themselves. I believe that I woke up in the same spot I had sat down in to dry heave as well.
My boxers were completely spotless when I checked, I didn't feel any lube down there, and I didn't have any pain the following morning/day. However, the 2nd and 3rd day I began to have a dull pain down there but I think it could be from worrying so much.
My mind is concocting thoughts about how they might've used pain killers/muslce relaxers so that's why the pain arrived a day after and i didn't wake up.

Any input about my situation is appreciated. Very worried. Thank you

stayingstrong777, rest assured , all this is likely a product of your vivid imagination with a strong dose of paranoia.
A had a digital rectal exam for prostate a few years back and let me tell you, it is painful and it stings!
I think it felt sore for a couple days.
So if you are not gay and not into anal sex, you would be  very red and extremely sore, when you woke up.
Lesson to be learnt though: Don't ever make an "***" of
yourself by getting drunk and losing control.
And if your anxiety has taken over to the point you're self-medicating using alcohol and other substances indiscriminately (specially on top of prescribed meds), it might be time to reconsider your choices very seriously.
Some therapy is in order, besides all the (right) things you can do on your own which can make a real difference in your life.
It sounds like I'm lecturing you, but it's actually your conscience that is doing this, lol!

This is the only relevant evidence you have so if you don't know anyone who can advise about anal then try your doc or maybe find a forum dealing with it. You can take an HIV test after 6 weeks if you want to be sure.

I don't think any painkillers last past 8 hours, because that was why Oxycontin was so popular as it allowed a time release so people got a night's sleep.

I am not a painkiller expert but imagine anything strong enough to kill pain for 2 days would more likely kill the person who ingested it, especially since your system was loaded with alcohol, which heightens the danger of this kind of medication. The strongest painkiller I ever took was Tylenol 4 (while at work) that makes you legally impaired so someone at work in  my office would test me to see when I was able to go home. It only lasts about 6 hours and I couldn't imagine having a drop of alcohol in my system as well.
