uhh yeahh youh can and it prob is anxiety sept fer the chest pains
Mammo is spot on. I had every physical symptom of anxiety. I have just started taking Paxil and Ativan and I can already see my symptoms fading. You must get professional help. Don't try to tackle this alone. I suffered for months thinking it would just go away. Anxiety is an evil bugger and cannot be taking lightly. Please seek professional help.

Hi. Yes, anxiety does make you feel this way every single day. It can be very debilatating if you don't address it and get help. Obcessing over your health is what is feeding your anxiety and keeping it going stong! It sounds like your doctor has ruled out all other causes and now it's imperative that you ACCEPT that you are fine, and address your anxiety. It is mind boggling as to all the physical symptoms anxiety presents with, but this is how anxiety affects one who is overly concerned about their health. You need to see a psychiatrist to address this, since all other causes have been ruled out. Look at it this way......anxiety is the only cause that you have not addressed, so why not seek help to either rule it out or learn that it is all anxiety and get better? If your doctor told you it was your heart, you'd take that and run with it, anxiety is no different! It's like any other medical condition that requires daily medication to control the symptoms, and needs to be taken just as seriously. There is so much help for you! We all understand and care and I hope just talking with others like yourself will help. I wish you all the best and take care.
