Not a problem. I am glad that your tests put you in the clear! Now, you must believe your doctors.....I know it is much easier said than done. Just remember, that millions of people have benign palpatations, and I also have had a slight heart murmur my whole life as well with no hinderance on anything I can do. I am glad that you are doing yoga; my wife loves it and I can see a difference on the days that she is able to attend class:) Keep us informed of what is going on!
Thank u both for your inputs. It was helpful. Yes I have visited a dr. and had a full exmination of my Heart. I had an Eco-gram, passsed the stress test and T-Wave test. My results I do have a Heart mumor and mutipal skip of my Heart beat. I guess I need to learn to relax and not take my personal stress to stressful. LOL I started doing Yoga and it helps alot. Whenever I am stressed or experiences anxiety it feels like my heart has hiccups. Palpatations can be quite common and for the most part harmless except for the anxiousness it can give us. Why not go to your doctor and have it checked out? They can rule out other causes, and recommend a path to dealing with your anxiety if needed. Have you had anxiety problems in the past?

The most common sensation of anxiaty is heart pulpitations and are compleatly harmless. That was the first thing i went through when worrying about my anxiaty.
See a doctor if you are worried just in case. I also had sudden speed changes in my heart and it was thumping also sometimes.
