Heartburn.

I have severe anxiety issues.. and it does say that the medication (buspar) im on can cause heartburn but it burns on the right side and its not constant just kind of random pain. Is it jus my anxiety freakin me out or is it heartburn.. or is it something else i need to worry about?

To both of you:  Zantac is not a good choice for heartburn, assuming that's what it is.  Acid suppressors just force the stomach to produce even more, since it needs an acidic environment to digest protein.  Better to deal with such problems with natural remedies such as digestive enzymes and aloe juice; there are others as well.  This is an area where medication definitely makes the situation worse in the long run.  And whether Buspar causes heartburn or not, anxiety can and often does cause digestive problems.  Buspar more often causes nothing, including effects on anxiety, but hope you're one of the ones getting benefit from it.  If not, it's the Buspar.  Hasn't proven effective.

could be both. and the right side of what?I have heartburn and Itake zantac.if it doesn't work then I ask my doctor.
