How much longer
I started going through this depersonalization about 4 months ago. I have had ocd and anxiety all my life but hadn't taken my meds for two years until 3 weeks ago at its worst. I had to quit my job because of intrusive thoughts about what is life and why am I alive. I don't feel real. The meds are beginning to work because I don't cry all day anymore and thoughts aren't quite as scary. How long will this last?

Be patient and take your meds as prescribed. As long as you do that, each day will be somewhat better, until you can say you feel GOOD. Don't stop there! Keep taking your meds. Never stop taking them without your doctor's approval.
