Help sos

I am having a really difficult time health-wise..In recent tests (mri) they found ischaemic lesions. Anyway, I didn't take it well since I am 46 only.. Psychiatrist told me to take Escitalopram which I am debating to take since I don't have good experience with meds(Zurcazol caused me manic episodes - suicide thought once and Buspar - made me feel like brain was broken) anyhow I was explaining these issues to a friend and the intrusive thought came again accompanied with burning on top of head. Is this anxiety symptom?? I am hesitant to take Escitalopram because of all the prior issues
