Right.. How are you today ?
It's aniexty I get it where it doesn't feel like its getting to my lungs I was so freaked out went to ER was tested and said just aniexty I'm like "just aniexty" easy for you to say!
There are a lot of problems that can cause us to becom oxygen starved - a low HR is on, as is low Blood Pressure. 80 is not a low HR if taken when at rest, seated and not soon after any high level physical activity.
Oxygen saturation is an easy to measure condition and we need to have an oxygen saturation in the 95% or higher range to feel "good".
In my experience a doctor will often measure your oxygen saturation as part of initial tests when a patient comes in for almost anything, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Body Temperature and Oxygen Saturation are key and easy to measure physical parameters of health.
I have my own personal Oximeter, cost about $25. I used this to discover I may suffer from sleep apnea. As it turns out I have mild obstructive sleep apnea, meaning insufficient oxygen is getting into my lungs, This may make the HR go higher but if the oxygen level is too low the faster HR will not fix the problem.
Not trying to give you more to worry about, rather to indicate is it possible that something is wrong, not just anxiety or mental stress.
At your young age, it is unlikely but not impossible that you have any of the above physical problems, but if you are troubled you should discuss with a doctor...just be sure you know what you want to tell the doctor before going into an appointment, even make some notes and refer to them while talking with your doctor..
No anxiety about my pulse it's just my breathing had been so bad and I'm wondering why is my breathing feelin like this but my palse rate is normal and was wonder if my pulse rate is 80 even though breathing is feeling weird does that mean my body is getting enough oxygen I'm jst anxious and not even know it??
80 is a perfectly normal pulse rate. If you're having anxiety about your pulse, it's best not to take it frequently, as that will just fuel your anxiety. Try to get distracted with other things.
