Thankyou and you are right. The trying new ones was 4 days on the Zoloft and 3 days on the Effexor, and the tapering off of the Paxil was about a month.
How quickly did you go off the Paxil to the Zoloft? It sounds like you've got some withdrawal mixed in with side effects, especially since the Paxil is making you feel better. It's a very tough drug to quit for many people, and if you move quickly from drug to drug you don't know if it's withdrawal from the old drug or the new drug.
I can't stand to be physically ill those symptoms to me are not acceptable.
Well he switched me off Zoloft tp Effexor and now says go back on the Paxil so I did
and am starting to feel better now. On the Zoloft I had mild nausea, dizziness, and a bad temper, chest pain, On the Effexor, intense nausea to the point of vomiting. and feeling
sick as a dog. So I am back on Paxil and starting to feel better now.
When you were switiching meds, did you do it gradually and under the advice of your doctor? Did your doctor switch you from Effexor and Zoloft? Quite often, when starting a new medication, you can have some side effects for a few weeks when transitioning in my opinion.
For the brain zaps, try fish oil. You can also try tapering more slowly.
