My Therapy told me too to stay away from google. From that time I stopped!! Anxiety calm down until now.Coloring is good too!! I always help my 6 yrs old all the time.I do Yoga too.Have a great day you all!
very happy to hear that your doctor was able to help put your mind at ease. Hang in there!
Thanks for the tips, I talked to my doctor yesterday who really put me at ease. I have a journal that helps too. I appreciate your comments it also helps to know that there are others out there that know what you are talking about.
Colouring is awesome! I find it really helps with distraction and its very calming. The same with journaling I use an online blog and update it when I feel I need too. Then when I have panic I go to it and read over my past experiences
Sometimes journaling helps me. Just writing everything out. Or coloring. Oh yes, and I agree. Google is bad!
Stay away from Google!!!! It is the worst for anxiety sufferers...I have driven myself into panics from google..and all for no reason..I twitch also..my current battle with anxiety had lots if twitching which has been slowing down....I had a brain mri and tons of bloodwork and I'm ok..give your meds time to work and if your really fearful see the doc again...just make sure you get these feelings out..talk to family friends whoever...it helps..
First thing.......Never ever ever google!!! I learned that the hard way. I still catch myself and it is soooo bad for us.
the Lexapro is going to take some time to work and get into your system. In the meantime you need to do your best to try and see what coping skills you can adapt to help you. Having the two surgeries are events that obviously are going to trigger anxiety. But the best part, is the surgeries are over. You did it, you were strong and got through them. So good for you!!!!!
Relocating is very stressful. I get twitches as well and they are never any fun. If you can try and get 30 minutes of exercise in. Also try to do calming things, meditate, yoga, work on deep breathing. If things do get too bad then I would see a doctor and maybe they can give you something until the Lexapro kicks in.
Remember we are always here for you so anytime you need just come in and rant, or ask for help, whatever you need. Hang in there, and I hope things get better very soon
