This doesn't sound at all like it's your heart. You may want to see your dentist to rule out an abcess brewing in a tooth.
I ve read here yesterday on this forum abt jaw pain indicates heart related
"Jaw" pain can be a symptom of a heart attack in women, but your pain is constant and under your chin which isn't the jaw. Symptoms of a heart attack in women is jaw pain, nausea, severe fatigue and sweating, but we can also have chest pain, arm pain and numbness. Have you had heart problems in the past? If this really concerns you then it's best to go to the ER.
Of course you know we can't tell you that there is or isn't something wrong with your heart, over the internet. You could get checked out to be on the safe side, although, your symptoms don't sound too concerning. have you had these symptoms with anxiety before? Have you had a thorough medical work up recently?
I would have to agree with everyone here. Anxiety can manifest itself in so many ways and quite often we misinterpret our symptoms in my experience. Are you or have received help for anxiety?
