I get that....scary huh?It could be anxiety and indeed wrong breathing,you could try yoga lessons or something.
Yes, this happens to me all the time...it is a common symptom of anxiety. have you sought help in therapy/do you take medication? cause if not, that is something that you should look into...medication works to get rid of the physical symptoms of anxiety while therapy gets to the root of your issues and helps to build you up to be a stronger and happier person.

sorry to here you are going through this. It could very well be your breathing. Chronic hyperventilation syndrome (google it) is common amongst anxiety sufferers and is the result of prolonged shallow breathing over a long period of time. It alters the oxygen CO2 balance in the blood and can cause dizziness. Try deep breathing exercises using your diaphragm and see if that helps.... and I would consider seeing your doctor as well if you have not already.
