I Think I have An Anxiety Disorder

This year is my first year in a public school. It was difficult to get used to it but I was okay. But I started getting worse. All I feel is anxiety. I have this nervous sick feeling like I'm going to vomit. And I sometimes cry myself to sleep because I hate the way I feel. And I wake up crying. I find it difficult to get any food down. My headaches drive me insane and they hurt so bad(sadly they're everyday). My under-eyes are SO dark now. And my acne is out of control(not on chin. Chin=hormonal. So i know it's serious).
I think I also have a social phobia along with the constant anxiety because I don't like being around people. I feel so uncomfortable I have another anxiety attack. Sadly I happens in class most. I really consider HOMESCHOOL. And wish for it next semester but we only have 2 weeks left and I can't stand the thought of going another semester with my anxiety.
My mom said she noticed something different about me and said it was just hormonal. But I know it's not. I'm going to try and tell her EXACTLY what's going on. But I'm really nervous because I don't know if she'll be on board with homeschooling.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AND HOW SHOULD I HANDLE THIS??? Please help!!!!

I had alot of anxiety when I was in high school, but I didn't know it was anxiety. I ended up dropping out and getting my GED because of it. The social pressure in high school is really bad. I understand what you are going through. It may be a good idea for you to see a psychologist or therapist to help you work through this. Did you feel this way when you were in private school? Alot of schools now offer online courses you may want to see if this is an option with your school. I think part of it is just the age you are at and the social pressure. This should get better with age as you get older there tends to be less pressure to fit in.

Hi Sni, what you are experiencing is called life and this happens to most of us, from your acne to social anxiety. In some ways going to school and interacting with other students can be trying as most at that age are pumping with hormones also and egos are exploding.
Some students can be very cruel and some very nice. The thing here is that you are in a social environment and have all kinds of personalities poping around you.
Try to understand that all these students are the future. They may seem weird now but in this group are future doctors, scientists, writers and a whole list of people what will be comfort and aide to this world. Dont judge them for how they act now but see the goodness of having other people in our lives.
When were sick, we have medicine, a tooth ache a dentist and so on, and im sure if you had a problem and needed medical, any one of them would jump in the water to save you.
Alot of your fears and anxiety are from you self image, so i would suggest getting involved in the school activities like cheerleading or a debate group. Also maybe take some karate classes to assure you self defense.

The whole point here is that God gave you this life and its is not just for your own purpose but are put here also to aide and bring awareness to a wanting world.
God bless you.
