I need help how do I get it fast HELP ME :(

I developed sever depression and anxiety after I got hurt and had to have several surgeries and now live with chronic pain.  For my nerve pain I took Valium for about 18 months.  I would also use the Valium to help with my anxiety because I had it so why not.  My pain management dr started me on Zoloft and it helped with my depression and anxiety.

After about 8 months I started taking lyrica for my nerve pain so I no longer needed to have Valium.  I was fine untill recently I quit taking zoloft because I gained 20 lbs on it.for about nine months.

So I switched to Welbutrin about 3 days ago and my anxiety is so bad I dont think I can leave my house.  I feel like I need to be taking something like the Valium again.  Who do I go to?  I don't think this is something for my pain management dr to deal with I am not sure what to do but I cant live like this.

I did have a therapist but I had quit going so I am going to call and try to get in but that could take a while.  then if he dose agree i need medication he can not prescribe it so I dont know what to do.

I am so scared I don't want to be stuck in my house I don't know who to go to.  Do I just make an appointment with a regular dr?  I am worried that who ever I go to will think I am faking to get drugs or something.  I know people abuse that prescription.  I will try anything that will work and not make me gain 20 lbs.  who do I go to for medication?

I was off Zoloft for a month when I started to get a bit sad again.  I looked around to see what might be less likely to cause weigh gain.  That is when I started taking Wellbutrin it has been about 6 days now.
I have anxiety I have had it my whole life it is getting to bad to control and I need to find someone who can help.  I am going to my therapist on Monday but I was wanting some relief sooner when I posted this.
My anxiety controls my life I am scared to even leave my house.  lI also have OCD symptoms that are starting to control my life.

How fast did you go off Zoloft?  You may be suffering withdrawal.  Did you taper down or just quit?  It's not clear from your post.  And if Zoloft was working so well, it might be worth the weight gain - all antidepressants can cause weight gain.

Depends how fast you went off the Valium. Even if you did it properly you may still be experiencing  physical withdrawal symptoms. And it depends what is going on. If the Valium is there for pain control management that's one issue. Anti-anxiety use another. Truthfully your pain management doctor and psychiatrist will have to speak with each other and come to an understanding. They could prescribe you Valium but they both have to understand what its for. Its a controlled substance and it has regulations in its usage. Let both of them speak to each other and come to some conclusions about what is going on and how to help you.
