I need help

I'm an 18 yo female. I have a history of anxiety diagnosed two years ago that caused chest pain, heart pain, dizziness, feelings of passing out, tingling in hands and feet, shortness of breath, and heart palpitations. I was put on lexapro and wellbutrin. They helped for a little while, but lexapro made me extremely tired. I came down on both lexapro and wellbutrin about a month and a half ago and have been on prozac for the past week. For the past month i have been having horrible headaches on the left side of my head. For about the past two weeks or so i have had some pain on the right side as well. With these headaches i have a lot of naseau, no vomitting though. I have been gagging for the past 4 months. Its pretty weird. It happened alot when i was eating out, also when i am walking outside in the heat. Or if i overeat and have gas. This is interfering with my daily life. The dr says its anxiety but i'm not convinced? Is something  wrong with my head? Also i passed out in april 09 coming out of the shower and hit my head on the wall and floor i had a CT of my head and everything was fine..mild concussion. I've also had pretty bad dizziness. To the point where my vision blacks out and i can't see. Please help!

Too many issues to parse, unfortunately.  Concussions can cause what you're describing.  If you didn't properly taper down on the Lexapro and wellbutrin, you could be suffering withdrawal effects.  And it could be side effects of Prozac.  As well as just more fun from your underlying anxiety.  Too much at one time makes it hard for us to figure out what's causing what.

im not going to be of much help but i just wanted to tell you that if your head ct and everything else has come back completely normal then you probably dont have anything to worry about. i to have a lot of headaches with my anxiety and i know a lot of other people that do to so i think that headaches are normal. if it really bothers you that much i would suggest getting another head ct just to reassure yourself that everything is ok.
