question about panic attack
how long does one last when having one, cause i looked it up and it shows that it can either last about 10 to 15 mins or a hour and ive been having it close to an hour and still isnt calming down and it started up at 10 but not full blown til 11:30 or 11:40 just about and when u usually have one does it tired u out to sleep
