Worried Sick

I am a 33 year old mother of two!! I just went for my obgyn spot, everything was good, urine sample, iron levels, breast exam, thyroid tests results normal, and pelvic exam normal. But, I've the past couple of months I've noticed a side pain, kinda under my right breast to my lower right rib cage and sometimes in the middle of my back!! I thought going to see my girl dr would take away a lot of my anxiety at least of the year, but now all I'm doing is googling pancreatic cancer, and it's terrifying me!! My pain is only present really when I'm up and moving around, it's kinda dull and achy!! But, of course I googled and it said pain that is in your abdomen and radiates to your back!! Anyone else suffer middle back pain or pain in your rib cage and to the right of your belly button? I know having blood work is not really any indication of this type. I am overweight by a good 80 pounds, and have none of the other risks factors. My dr told me she was more concerned with heart and anything wright related like diabetes!! Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!!

I'm considering trying something else. Right now I'm limiting sugar and caffeine and that seems to help a bit, until I get in a panic because I feel something off, like a pain twitch or something not right. :/ I do have some Xanax, so I do take those every now and again when I get real bad.  Planning on scheduling an appt with another psychiatrist for something else.

I also tried Zoloft. It didn't work for me. Prozac however did. I've been on and off it for many years now. Are you doing anything now to help you with your anxiety?

I think the other thing I worry about is they didn't do full labs just iron, thyroid, Pap smear, and urine sample.

Yeah, I have heard the gallbladder is super painful. My pain is on and off very mild and it's right in my rib under my breast off to the side of my belly button and on the side and towards my back if that makes sense. It doesn't sound like what someone describes pancreatic symptoms,  but similar, so that's why I panic! I do have an etsy shop, just not a lot of traffic!! Trying to find more outlets to keep myself busy!! Just debating about whether to try another anti-depressant or not? I've tried Zoloft and it made me gain weight, which is probably part of my problem on my small frame!! Thanks again for your responses they make me feel better!! Hope you are well!!

my mother had to have her gallbladder removed. Trust me if it was your gallbladder you would know! Plus your blood work would be off. I'm guessing it's just a weird pain you'll get off and on. I get them too! Try to not focus on it. Trust me I know much easier said than done. Do you have any hobbies to keep your mind busy? Trust me on this.... One thing that will make your anxiety MUCH better is to not Google symptoms.

Thank you for your response!! Yes, I do need to believe my docs!! I'm so bad about googling, I don't really have any other symptoms, just the discomfort of my side and back and sometimes to the right of my belly.  I've also worried about my kidneys and gallbladder, just when I saw the side pain thing from abdominal to back with the pancreas I started to flip out!! So glad to know I'm not alone!! I guess because I haven't had full labs that makes me worried! I'm kinda one of those that's scared to go to the dr. :( but, again thank you!!

I always get pain on my lower right stomach. I was convinced it was my appendix. Well 3 years later here I am fine and still sometimes get the pain. I also had pain on my right side like where my kidney would be (I think?). I was convinced it was something serious as the pain came and went for years. Shoot I got it a few months back. I got blood work done, ekg, x Ray. Etc. doctors found nothing. But I spent so much time googling symptoms that only made my anxiety worse. How silly is it to believe the internet over a doctor and tested results?? That's what I did though... My doctor eventually told me that our bodies aren't perfect and people experience pain, noises, twitches, everyday. But since I am a hypochondriac I pay more attention to those pains, noises, twitches, bumps, etc. that most people wouldn't worry about. You had many tests to show you are fine. Believe you doctors. And I can't stress this enough.... Don't google symptoms. I will only make everything worse
