You're right :) perhaps it's just that I find comfort in the reassurance. Idk. But you're right. I've had all this before and I'm just fine. :)))
Hi Skelly
I get that sometimes too. Remember that when you are on the verge of panic & anxiety your adrenal glands are in overdrive & causing your nerves to be all on edge. You have had this feeling before, I do remeber your prior posts. The feeling went away so if it was something more severe....you wouldnt be here telling us about it. Take comfort knowing you got through it ok. At you still taking Ativan or are you off all meds?
Some days I feel like my head is in a nuece, sometimes the top of my head gets a little numb...some days my face twicthes....I could think I was havign a stroke, or something more but i have had these feelings for almost 20 yrs. They pass and know that you have been diagnosed with GAD and are a healthy young man.
Hope you had a good night
Be well :)
So pressure in the back of the skull like something is pushing on it = normal?
i no how u feel i get it all the time wen i get stressed out!!!!! i have GAD n the doc always tells me its normal 4 people who suffer from anxiety....
Everytime I go to the doctor my blood pressure is just under normal. Which....is fantastic. :( so idk
Hello. What you described could be from anxiety, but it wouldn't hurt to check for physical causes like high blood pressure. Best wishes, GM
