Is it anxiety or something else?

Hello, Ive been dealing with some symptoms for a while and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I dont know exactly what to do anymore and it does make me worry sometimes. I am a 21 year old female, 5' 3", weighing 160 lbs (yes i know i am overweight)

For the past few months, ive been experiencing these symptoms:

Chest pain
Fatigue/sleepiness
Feeling off balance
Occasional vision problems (eye floaters, blurry vision)
Pressure in head
Wave like feeling in head
Small sharp feeling in head that lasts a few seconds
Occasional twitching in face
Fingers and toes tingling
Temporary pain in arm and legs
Some occasional abdominal discomfort

Some of these symptoms are weirdly alleviated through burping.

Ive gone to urgent care, the ER and cardiologist. Urgent care sent me to the ER due to elevated heart rate. However, once there, the ER doctor said that my EKG was normal and so was my heart rate. I went to the cardiologist a few days later and had another EKG. The doctor said it was normal and was given a holter to wear for 48 hours. The cardiologist said that besides an episode of elevated heart rate, it was normal. I also took a stress test and was told that it came back normal. My blood levels were also tested and I was told it was normal. My mother's boss is a doctor and he told me that it was all anxiety even though he never examined me (it was just a general conversation about my symptoms)

Has anyone experienced any of these symptoms or have been diagnosed with something similar? I just desperately want to know whats going on.

I've had a racing heart due to anxiety.  I think I'd explore this since you've ruled out heart disease.  Talk to your doctor about the next step for treatment of anxiety.  This often includes seeing a doctor (such as a psychiatrist), taking medication and doing talk therapy with a psychologist.  It's treatable and you can feel better!  In the meantime, try to do breathing exercises when you are starting to cycle to being upset.  Breath in 3, breath out 3, hold three.  Practice when you are not anxious so that when you are, you can easily do it and slow your heart rate.  good luck and keep in touch

Burping being a relief would indicate it's a digestive problem, at least in part, but you're not describing heartburn.  It doesn't sound like heart problems, but it could be vascular, meaning it might be circulation problems.  That is reinforced by some of the symptoms that mirror that of migraine sufferers, and migraines are a vascular event.  Other things indicate possible magnesium deficiency, something pretty common in the US because of the under-consumption of green leafy vegetables and the over-consumption of dairy, which contains high amounts of calcium and not much magnesium and the two must be in electrical balance.  But you know, it could be anything.  Have you had a physical lately?  Do you feel anxious -- anxiety sufferers don't just have physical symptoms, they have irrational fear that gets out of control and that leads to some physiological problems in some.  You don't mention feeling anxious, but you might have just neglected to mention it.  I would ask, do you exercise?  You say you're overweight -- that can produce all kinds of problems in some people and none in others depending on how it affects blood sugar and circulation.  None of us here can answer this, but I think you need a better work-up from your regular doctor -- emergency rooms are poor places to get proper care as they lack the time and don't know you.

It can also be your diet or part of your diet, it can be something that's bothering you that came up lately that isn't chronic anxiety, it can be allergies.  As I said, these symptoms are pretty common and might be something or might be just a temporary nothing.
