Is it possible to get tetanus from a cat like this?

Okay my cat bit on my hand. There wasn't any blood comming out just a red mark, and nothing else. I put alchol on it pretty quickly afterwards, but it still hurts a bit. Does it like anything I should be worried about, or am I going overboard again? The cat that bite me was my cat, and he's a indoor cat. He did break the skin.

Does the wound itch at all? From first glance it doesn't seem to be irritated, but after looking at it a little more it looks like it may itch up to around the knuckle. I myself am allergic to cats and whenever a cat claws or bites me, I get welts. It's nothing severe as far as I see though.

Have you gotten immunization up to date? This should help you to alleviate any worries. I would agree with RCA. You should be fine. Just keep it clean and it should be fine.
