Sounds more like sinus. Problem with antibiotics is, you probably didn't have an infection, just an inflamed sinus, and the antibiotics killed off your protective flora, part of your immune system, so now you're even more prone to allergies. First thing to do is buy a good probiotic from the refrigerated section of your health food store and take it for a while to replenish what you've lost. There are many good natural antihistamines, including freeze dried nettles, Chinese skullcap, bromelain/quercitin/vitamin C combos, etc. But this can be a nagging problem in today's allergenic world.
So what do I do? Is there away to get rid of this pressure and dizziness if so can you detail it for me? Thanks so much it's really aggravating more so in the evening, dizziness is shortly after I wake until I go to bed...
I took a nasal spray for a week it had a steroid in it was suppose to help an inflamed nasal it helped for a few hours mostly then it'd come back. What's some good probiotics?
See my post on your other post. Keep in mind that steroids do the same thing as antibiotics. Drugs cause other problems, and should be used only when a problem can't be resolved.
