Words of Encouragment

For those of you who are going through a bad anxiety spell right now, just remember all the times you have felt good in your life, and that feeling will be back again! The anxiety will not linger forever.

Anxiety makes us stronger, b/c nobody else knows what we go through.

Just keep your heads up.

Don't be fearful. GIVE IT ALL TO GOD.

A little update on me, I've been anxiety free over almost 2 months straight!
Doesnt mean it won't or can't come back... it def. could... but I'm not worried about it!

I'm used to be so worried about this coming October, b/c that is when my anxiety started last year.
But now, IM EXCITED ABOUT IT! I KNOW WHEN THE SEASON COMES, IM READY TO TAKE IT ON!
And I'm almost 100% sure I will be anxiety free through that month!

I'm going to defeat this! I already am on the right road!

YOU CAN TOO!

Psychology... And some small dose meds help combined!

I'm off the meds... and still see a psychologist! That seems to help the best!

I agree with you wholeheartedly.  Trying to stay positive through these times is a good strategy.  We, as humans, often learn so much more about ourselves in times of suffering than when times are good.  EVERY experience is one that we can learn from.  Keep up the great attitude.

Always good to hear positive things.  I hope you keep up the attitude.  I believe attitude is a big part of this.  I work on it everyday!!
