Left side temple pain

Today went to the dr. Was in the car had a headache that I have never had before, feels like a rubber band is slapping the side of my temple. I took tylenol, and then bam the side of my face goes numb, and I get a hot flush. I felt like I couldn't breath. I am sure it was anxiety. Finally went to my dr, and he said a temple headache was most likely from me clenching my teeth ( which I have been doing lately), and chewing gum. Ugh everything scares me. Still freaking out over my head. Feel like going to the er like I need a mri.

I have issues with my temples too, they feel like they are in a vise. And it's mostly my right temple, and it feels like there's a pulse between there and my nose. Had an mri, but it only showed sinus issues, nasal polyps. I refuse to take any medicine, because I also suffer from anxiety. I suffer from bad vertigo too, among other things.
