The core of the Linded Method is the notion that as far as all past beliefs/ideas/traumas, lock them away and swallow the key. Other methods basically suggest some variation on the idea that these original erroneous ideas, beliefs, events, need to be identified and either explored and/or released.
The second feels right intuitively, but the Linden Method appears to have had success.
Is this because one is totally repressing everything and feeling temporarily better, only to get smacked later in life, or does it really work?
Would love to hear experts and non-experts take on this fundamental difference.
