How do I know whether I need a higher dose
If your medication has been controlling your symptoms but now they are coming back....then you probably do need either a higher dosage or a change of medication. But talk to your doctor about this, he will know what to do. Best wishes.
I always used the rule of thumb, if the med. was feeling good to me but not reaching my desired effects. I would then consult with my doctor and explain my rule of thumb. I would listen to my doctor's advise and concerns and we would come up with a plan. Many times this could be done over the phone. Wendy
