Is this Anxiety?

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with me. I'm 33 and relatively healthy. I have an almost 2 year old son and life is great right now..other than for the past 3.5 months I have had this head pressure...it's mainly in my face...behind my nose around my upper jaw & temples...I also sometimes get nausea with it! It starts just an hour or two after I get out of bed and goes away when I lay down at night. It almost feels like I have a very tight muscle behind my nose...not sure how else to explain it....It's every single day....I have been to multiple doctors. I had a CT scan of the brain and sinus area and it was clear.... been on 2 rounds of antibiotics and nose sprays...I have went to the eye doctor and my vision if almost perfect...went to the dentist to check about TMJ...which he tought I did not have....even been to an ENT, neurologist, chiropractor and psychologist...with no luck! I have had a couple of spells spaced out over about the last 6 months where I got dizzy for just a split second and my heart started racing...I do think this was possibly a panic attack, but on a daily basis I do not feel anxious or nervous. I'm not dizzy at any other time either or have any other symptoms...just the constant pressure (which feels like sinus) and the random nausea. I do have a family history of depression/anxiety...my father committed suicide 3 years ago and my mother suffers from depression and was recently hospitalized back in August, but is home now and doing better!! I'm at a loss here. I have tried taking xanax (.5mg.) for a few days and it might have made me feel a tiny bit better, but the pressure doesn't go away. I got a break a few days ago where my head felt normal for about 2 days, but then it came back. I'm so frustrated!! We are getting ready to TTC for our 2nd child (took 7 years for my first...I have PCOS) and then all this started!! I'm going to be 34 next month and right now all I'm focused on is getting rid of this head pressure!  I don't feel depressed at all..this is honestly probably the happiest I have been in years. I don't have a stressful job..but I do work on a computer all day. I also have a very straight spine at the base of my neck, but the ENT and my regular doctor do not think this is causing any of my issues!! Please help..I want to feel normal again and move on with my plans to hopefully have 1 more child before I'm too old!! Should I get an MRI...I'm not sure where to go from here!!

It has been my experience personally and hearing things from others that anxiety can actually cause alot of strange things. I am glad you figured it out I hope your psychologist helps you.

Definitely anxiety...I had a panick attack on my way home the other day...so now at least I feel like know what's causing this and can move forward. I'm seeing a psychologist so hopefully things will get better soon!!

Nope...ENT said everything looks perfectly normal. I do yawn alot and my cheeks feel alot of pressure after I eat...which also is when my nausea seems worse. I wondered if I could have a stomach issue that could be causing this...idk...I'm totally grasping at straws at this point.

Nothing has changed...I have tried to think of anything and everything. I use all the same products..we have no pets. The CT scan images were excellent and the ENT even showed me how clear my sinuses were and said I didn't need an MRI, but I'm just wondering if it would show something else. I honestly don't think it's anything life threatening obviously, but something is definitely wrong...but then I start wondering if it is some underlying stress or anxiety...sigh....

MRI's are good as can see alot of things. Could be an alergy also as the symtoms come and go. What has changed in your living conditions in the last 3.5 months? Something new in the house, a new pet?
