I should add, what is readily available in China is meditation training and tai chi. These can, at the least, bring some relief.
Don't know what help is available in China, but you're suffering the classic beginnings of chronic anxiety, when it starts to feed on itself. If you were in the US I'd tell you to see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment, particularly CBT, but I don't know if that's readily available in China.
