So its her school! i went to a Catholic school and the nuns slapped me around so much that my brain is still screwed up. The particular school is very important to the childs applity to mature.
See if you can change schools for now.
I have tried to get her to see her counselor at school. She hasn't been in to see her for months. I can only insist at this point. Her previous V.P. at her High School was amazing. We worked together to get Cory to school. When he left we were stuck in limbo.
Thank you for your response. I have actually had her to see a Psychiatrist numerous times. She was given a prescription for her disorder, but after a few weeks, refuses to take them anymore. She said they taste like ear wax. Wow. My meds taste pretty nasty too, but it's just part of life. She still declines to this day. Her excuse now? She said she wants her blood pure so she can donate blood.
get her to a psychiatrist fast. Panic disorder is a real disease and if she has it and you do not help her get it treated she will end up treating it herself with drugs or booze and you will wish you had got her help. Trust me on this one thing. I am both a recovered alcoholic and I have panic disorder. And remember I am not a doctor. But you must get her to a psychiatrist fast. If you cannot afford it a psychiatrist take her to your family doctor.
I see its high school. at 19 its her final year? Have you talked to the teachers about this? PTA meeting?
Is this high school or college?
