When I was having panic attacks I had this problem.  First I would have lots of anxiety and eventually a full blown panic attack.  I was so scared I was going to pass out in the shower I would ask my husband to please stay in the bathroom with me.  Medication removed the problem eventually.

Hi, I'm a nutritionist.  This may have nothing to do with your anxiety.  You could be reacting to mold in your shower.  Make sure that you change (or wash) your shower curtian, wash your shower walls and the shower ceiling, then see if this happens.  I used to get really tired and yawn a lot while in the shower.  Then we cleaned it up, and it stopped.  We had some mold in there before so I believe this is what I was reacting to.  Good luck!
