Best thing to do when panic kicks in is what you done. You came here and you wrote a few words. Distraction. If you can get your mind off of it you can manage to make it go away. So well done for at least been able to calm yourself down enough during the panic attack to be able to make a post. Shows what you can do if you put your mind to it.
