Thanks for the reply. Id actually read some stuff youd wrote yesterday after i posted my question. I made a typo in my thing, i said id been of med for 2 years..... i meant 2 months. The med i was taking was prozac which now that ive read alot of stuff on here ive come to find is in the same family as paxil. I also read that prozac withdrawl is VERY delayed in setting in. I think this is why taking the paxil stopped the dizziness and now the dizziness im having is being caused by paxil withdrawl.... So im going to try stepping down off it and using fish oil (which ive read really helps with the withdrawl. Does this sound reasonable and have you any more tips?
If it is anxiety, wellbutrin isn't a very effective anti-anxiety medication -- it's very stimulating, and is used mainly for pure depression. On the other hand, Paxil is a very complicated med, and dizziness is also a symptom of withdrawal from it -- it tends to be a very hard med to stop taking. Which makes it hard to say why it works or why it comes back, especially if you aren't actually feeling anxious.
