Every day now ive been haveing these random nose bleeds and really BAD migrains that go with it for around 1-3 minutes each one.. When this happens i see this man.. With a face stiched up all the way to his forhead... i havnt told anyone this but my mother and only recently.. only becasue its gotten worse.. Since i was ten ive been having these night terrors where i stay up till 3 in the morning seeing this man witht he stiched face. srawling out and over dark places.. plz reply

Yeah, you really need to access what is going on.  We all totally understand that your feeling anxious about what may be causing your symptoms, but if you dont go you will continue to worry and it may well be something that can be easily treated and not neccessarily by pills...... my daughter suffered nosebleeds constantly and they cortorised a little vain at the top of her nostrel which has stopped them completely and took less than 5 mins to do....... Try not to think the worst, which is what anxiety does to us.  Seeing a doctor is the best option for you right now, take it.

This is all the more reason you need to see a doctor ASAP.  Don't think you can sneak any of this by the military, you will be checked out during basic and will  just get sent home.  You won't be able to hide the nose bleeds or the hair falling out, now's the time to address what's going on, you can always go into the service at a later date.  If you go in now and get a medical discharge....you won't be able to go back.

ive decided not to go to the doctorers yet... im going into the military.. and i wont get in unless i dont do this.. so i cant..

No, they are not going to put you in a psych ward.  Anxiety is something that is very common, and despite having this to deal with, we're all very normal people.  Anxiety doesn't make a person "crazy" or insane. It just makes you anxious.

You can discuss treatment options with your doctor.  You don't have to take meds, that is an individual decision.  A lot of times therapy can help.  Just remain open mided to the treatment options out there.  Don't exclude any form of treatment until you know more about it and discuss all of the options with your doctor.

Let us know what your doctor said about the nosebleeds!

I will let ya'll know the outcome.. unless they put me in a ******* phsyc ward.. would they put me there? casue i aint going to a doc if they do.. im perfectly fine person. i get along with everyone.. im not crazy.. and i know what i see.. what would they do to me? :\... i dun wanna be that weird guy..lol.. no no no

Yes this is causeing a little anxiety.. im fine for most of the day.. its just when it happens. Where would i go to see these people. Can anyone provide me with a number? or a website?.. im going into the military.. and i cant if this is a problem.. :\.. if i can fix this ill do anything.. my mom b taking me to the doctor soon.. but i wanna learn more about what this could be before i go and see a doctor and they give me alot of pills... i HATE pills..

I agree completely.  You need to be checked out by your doctor, and soon.  I understand that these symptoms are causing anxiety, but anxiety would not cause nosebleeds.  You may need to see a ENT doctor or a Neurologist.

Don't put it off...let us know the outcome!

You need to get a thorough check-up by your doctor to evaluate why you are having the intense migraines and nose bleeds.  It may be that whatever is causing these is making you hallucinate and see this man. But seek help right away so you can get some relief.  We're always here for you, but right now you need to see a doctor and go from there.
