Not sure what's going on.

I have been having the worst symptoms lately and had a few tests done and seen a couple doctors.  My main doctor thinks its anxiety related, but I can't seem to shake the thought that its not.  These are all of the symptoms I've been having over the past 7 or 8 months...:

*muscle weakness/joint pain...not sure how to describe it really, my muscles arn't weak, they just feel strange and energyless all day long and seem to tired easily..

*trouble breathing, took a Pulminary function test a couple weeks ago and the doctor mentioned a slight abnormality but also mentioned that may have been caused by lack of effort (i've been trying an inhaler but it doesn't seem to help)
breathing isn't hyperventilating, just seems difficult to breath, like I need to force it.

*I feel unsteady, like I'm on the verge of collapsing or blacking out, even though it's never happened.

*sometimes I see spots around my eyes and my ears ring occasionaly

I know these can all be symptoms of anxiety but is it likely?  Also could it be allergy related?  My only thought on that is because sometimes benedryl seems to help...but i can't tell if its fighting an allergy or just making me loopy and drowsey enough to not think about the other symptoms...

any thoughts? thanks

Sometimes we have to put our trust and faith in the doctors, you know? If you're not comfortable with it, then you might want to go back to see him/her and let them know what your feelings are on the entire matter. Let me know how things go!

The physical symptoms that you're having can be related to depression and/or anxiety, so you might want to speak with your doctor about this further if at all possible. If he/she already mentioned that this was a aprt of depression, I'm shocked that they didn't write you out for something to try and control what you're going through right now.

Thanks for your response, I have not been diagnosed with depression, can the physical symptoms of that be this bad?  Where sometimes your muscles ache to the point where it feels like my legs won't support my weight..

Your symptoms sound alot like depression. Have you been diagnosed with this? Many times anxiety and depression go hand in hand.
Take care. Remar
