Overdose of paxam

Hi all. Very new and avert scared . My husband has just taken 20 mg of paxam . Is he in trouble. Do I need to call an ambulance please help. He was disparate to sleep. Multiple complex medical issues after car accident 5 years ago .

Of course you should take him to the hospital, that's true with any suspected overdose.  Call 911 if you have to.  Please come back and update when you can!!

20 mgs? That's an extremely large dose. It may be best to take him to the hospital.
