heartflutter said exactly what I would have.............it's no doubt related to your wacky hormones, your lack of sleep, the stress of a newborn..............but it's still a wise answer to see your doc about this. Babies take a lot out of us, especially if you're breastfeeding and it COULD be that you're shorting yourself on calcium or some other nutrient. All of these things can be related to anxiety or the other way around. If this is your first baby, the anxiety we new moms all feel can create a plethora of symptoms.
See your OB/GYN. Answers are there!

yes, i have the cant breath and the tingling, you need to be checked out by dr but 99 percent its anxiety and just having a baby your hormones could be out of wack, did it get better or go away in 15 mins or so? dont let it get to far down road before you have it seen because if you do it can take over and than your stuck in it , so go dr find out let him tell you ,your healthy and that way when it happens again you know your not going to die and can deal with it better keep us in touch.
