Have you been tested for deficiencies?
It will be good to rule this out.
So a complete nutritional panel (blood work) and minerals ( tissue analysis)would take care of this.
Meanwhile you can do pranayama conscious deep breathing, which helps
with anxiety issues. All anxiety sufferers are shallow breathers, which is a co-factor( Shallow breathing) and causes lactic acid production.
Also meditation will help. Get a meditation cd or YouTube video.
Ultimately, Therapy with a combo of other methods ( correct medication/ natural remedies/supplements, Hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis, exercise,etc)
would result -given enough time- in a significant improvement.
Also check for allergies.

I've been to the doctor and got anti anxiety medication but it still happens.
Have you been to see your Dr yet? It could very well be anxiety. But, I think it would be best to see your Dr for a check up.
