Pressure in chest

jqq
I have this pressure in my left breast. It feels like its clauged up  that it needs to come out. I've had this constant for 3 days now but have had it before too while on this anxiety journey. I am scared something is wrong with me. When I burp it feels a little relief. I think it is Anxiety but i still feel that little doubt. I have a had a chest xray and ekgs and they were all fine. But I am just scared this pressure is something I don't know.

Hi yeahh I am a women and I am 18 years old. I feel pressure usually in my left breast and pain on the side of it like under my armpit sometimes. This pain is also on the right but not as much pressure there. It stays for a little and then it goes away. Usually when I am preoccupied with something I usually don't have it. I did just get over my period a week ago. I have been diagnosed with panic attack disorder. I have never taken any medicine for it. I've seen my doctor before and they all say its just anxiety. I feel more relief in my chest area when I burp. I've never had a mammogram because I am too young for that but I have taken this other test that showed my breast were fine and that was sometime in the end of june. I do believe its anxiety but I wanted to know if anyone else has this symptom because sometimes it is really uncomfortable.

I looked at your profile to figure out if you were a man or a woman. I found mention of birth control pills, so I'll go with the assumption your a woman. This is information we really need to help you the best we can. It would also help greatly if we knew your age.
A "pressure" in your breast, and I take that to mean singular, that it's just one breast? Is it the entire breast or the nipple? Have you hurt that breast recently? Could we be talking about a bruised feeling? You say it feels "clogged." Are you a new mother who may have a clogged milk duct? Is this simply a feeling of pressure or is there actual pain associated with it? Is it constant or does it come and go? Is there a particular time you feel it more than others? When you had it before, I take it you didn't see your doctor about it then. How long did it last? Was it around the time of your period? Sorry for all the quesitons, but aside from a clogged milk duct from nursing, I can't find much info on this symptom.
You say that when you burp, you feel a little relief. Is this relief felt in your breast or more in your stomach &r chest area?
You say you've had a chest X-ray and and EKG, which is good and should relieve some of your anxiety, but how long has it been since you've had a mammogram? Have you ever HAD one?
Are you on any medications for your anxiety? Have you been officially dx's with anxiety and if so, what kind?
This could be related to anxiety, but I'm not a doctor and I can't tell you for sure what is going on. But since this is causing you a great deal of anxiety, I would definitely go see my doctor about it. A very quick yet thorough physical examination of your breasts would tell the doctor if further testing was needed.
If insurance is a problem, Planned Parenthood can offer this service.
Wish I could have given you a definite answer, Toots, but I really believe your best move would be to consult a doctor.
If you write back with the answers to some of these questions, we might be able to come up with some better thoughts on what's going on. Too many blanks to do nothing but guess and guesses aren't what you need right now.
Peace
