Really unsure of what's going on

Hi everyone. Not sure where to post really. For the past six weeks I've been experiencing sinus pain and pressure that is not relieved by medication. I also have neck pain, post nasal drip, fatigue and malaise. I got a ct scan of my sinuses and it shows nothing. Doctor sees nothing. Had blood work done and I have no allergies. No vitamin deficiencies. This happened to me last year around this time as well. No explanation.  I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Recently, I've been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. The symptoms I feel are real (and I can't breathe through one nostril when I'm laying down) and make me feel pretty horrible. Anyone ever experience such a thing, with no explanation?  Could these somehow be symptoms of the anxiety disorder? I just started on Lexapro and am slowly upping my dose (started yesterday) and have been taking very small amounts of Klonopin for about a week.

He said that was included in the blood testing -everything was. Zero allergies. Makes sense because there are times pollen will coat the cars here and I won't have any reaction at all, unlike most everyone else (I hardly even react to red tide). My ENT is my stepfather so I know he doesn't BS me haha. He put me on a low dose of prednisone for 2 weeks for a very slight inflammation in my left sinus. Hopefully it'll help!  He reviewed the CT again and saw it. Said it is the cause of the post nasal drip and some sinus pressure.   Also, I've tried all the allergy medications and nothing has helped even a little bit.  He has decided its non-allergic rhinitis. Psychiatrist friend said the headaches are most likely tension headaches from the extreme anxiety I've been experiencing lately due to a friend's death. I'm prone to anxiety and I get Botox for tension headaches but am several months over due. I'm not sure why I didn't consider this before. My mind is all over the place. Sorry about that.  Thank you so much for the input!

Since this same thing happened to you around this time last year has your DR done a skin allergy test on you to see if you're allergic to pollen? It's really bad this time of year. A blood test would not show that as far as I know.
