There's a whole mess of stuff that carries the label, "natural." I've never been able to figure it out myself. My own preference has been to use whatever works, and I don't give a hoot WHAT the label says. One way or another, it all comes from the stuff around us. But if you happen to stumble on something on something which is used pretty much as it is found in nature -and it works- I hope you will let us know.
Klonopin has been found to work in stopping panic attacks, but it is a manufactured substance, which is to say, natural substances assembled in a particular way so as to stop panic. It may not be right for you because of the manufactured aspect. And that leaves therapy, which is intended to get your own brain juice working for you. Can't get more natural than that, I suppose. Maybe that would be a good place to start.
Best of luck to you.
Namaste,
I really don't think this is the proper forum in which to obtain such advise, since some of the answers could be questionable.
If you're that interested in natural remedies, rather than those available through a psychiatrist, you should see someone who specializes in homeopathic medicine.
